Unit properties

The OMNIFAN RF-V floor-mounted units provide a compact and highly efficient ventilation solution with heat recovery for commercial and public buildings such as schools, offices, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, technical rooms, and industrial premises.

The vertical (top) air outlet design is ideal for connection to ceiling duct systems while maintaining easy front service access to the unit.
Each unit is equipped with a counterflow plate heat exchanger achieving efficiency levels of up to 90% according to EN 308.
Energy-efficient EC fans with smooth speed control and low power consumption ensure quiet and reliable operation.

Every unit is a self-contained system – including the heat recovery exchanger, fans, bypass, filters, and optional integrated electric, water or DX heating and cooling modules

Thanks to fully automatic control, unit operation can be adjusted to current conditions – either independently or via a BMS system (Modbus TCP/IP or BACnet).

The units comply with all Ecodesign Directives (EU 1253/2014 and 2016/2281) requirements for efficiency, control, and environmental responsibility.

Additional Options:

Air recirculation – allows partial or full reuse of already tempered indoor air. This mode significantly reduces the system’s energy demand, especially during transitional seasons, and shortens the warm-up period after night or weekend setbacks.

  • 4″ or 8″ touch controller
  • CO₂, temperature, humidity, and smoke sensors
  • Remote control via PC or mobile application
  • Communication with BMS (Modbus TCP/IP / BACnet IP/MSTP)
  • Automatic regulation based on air quality, temperature, CAV and VAV modes
  • Recording and evaluation of operating data for performance and maintenance optimization
